There is a wind chill warning in effect for the same areas from midnight Sunday night to noon Monday.

The frigid wind chills conditions will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken, according to the weather service.Make sure you wear a hat and gloves if you have to be out.

A wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. A wind chill advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.
