Falls City Council Considers Day Care, Volleyball and Flower Cart Damage

FALLS CITY – The Falls City City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. today at city hall.

The agenda includes a conditional use permit for a child daycare center on 16th Street and a bid to remove structures and trees from Barada Street.

Councilman Don Ferguson will provide an update on the Legion Park improvements and the volunteer rescue squad is planning a volleyball tournament.

A proclamation will be read honoring Sacred Heart for its boys and girls basketball championships.

A curb cut at 2403 McLean Street is proposed. There is a request not to replace sidewalk at 206 E. Eighth Street.

An executive session is expected regarding a claim against the city for damage to the Flower Cart.
