Arbor Links Featured In Dormie Network’s National Membership

NEBRASKA CITY – Arbor Links Golf Course Owner Zach Peed and Dormie Network Operations Manager Mark Ruhga gave Rotarians Wednesday an update on the course’s national membership.

The Dormie Network consists of five clubs nationwide. They are Ballyhack Golf Club in Roanoke, Va., Briggs Ranch in San Antonio, Texas, Dormie Club in West End, N.C., Victoria National Golf Club in Newburgh, Ind., and Arbor Links at Nebraska City.

The Nebraska City course is an Arnold Palmer Signature Design and is located next to Arbor Day Farm.

The clubhouse is currently being expanded for three times more square footage. There will be more office space, pro-shop retail space, storm shelter and more quiet areas.

A half-way comfort station, which includes self-serve snack bar and restrooms, is being established near holes 2 and 7. Five lodging units are also being added.

The men said being part of the Dormie Network has increased play at Arbor Links by 10 fold because if you join one club you join all five.
