Crews Respond To Multiple Emergencies Monday Morning

NEBRASKA CITY – Cass and Otoe County emergency crews were activated for multiple calls over Veteran’s Day weekend.

12:10 a.m. – Plattsmouth rescue responded to a heart attack shortly after midnight Monday.

7:19 a.m. Firefighters responded to a tree on fire near Eagle at 7:19 a.m.

8:10 a.m. – Plattsmouth fire crews responded to a dryer on fire at a Deborah Avenue residence in Plattsmouth.

5:01 a.m. – Nebraska City Fire and Rescue was  called to an injury accident on Highway 75 near Nebraska City. A motorist reported back pain after swerving to miss a deer and hitting a sign.

7:48 a.m. Otoe County rescue was dispatched to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 75 south of Union Orchard.

Otoe and Cass county crews responded to the railroad bridge near E Road. There was airbag deployment and vehicles blocked the bridge.
