NE Rain Reports Snow Totals For River Country

NEBRASKA CITY – The NE Rain Project sponsored by the Nemaha Natural Resources District includes a 2019 snow report.

So far in 2019, there have been 18 snow events. The deepest total snow pack of nine feet is reported at Verdon in Richardson County. There have been 40 inches of new snow since Jan. 1.

  • Feb. 17, Steinauer, 2 inches
  • Feb. 17, Cook, 3 inches
  • Feb. 16, Verdon, 2 inches
  • Feb. 12, Verdon, 3 inches
  • Feb. 11, Cook, .1 inch
  • Feb. 10, Falls City, .9 inch
  • Feb. 8, Humboldt, 2.5 inches
  • Feb. 7, Brownville, 2 inches
  • Jan. 31, Brock, 2.5 inches
