A handful of departures from the Nebraska football team became official Monday.

Tight ends Matt Snyder and David Engelhaupt are no longer on the Nebraska roster. Neither is offensive lineman Brian Brokop.

Snyder played sparingly during his time at Nebraska, as did Engelhaupt.

Tight ends coach Sean Beckton said last month during a Husker coaches tour that Engelhaupt had left the team without saying why.

Jack Stoll is the presumed starter for Nebraska at tight end, followed by redshirt freshmen Austin Allen and Kurt Rafdal.

Brokop leaves without appearing in a game for Nebraska.
