Threat, Escape and Meth Allegations At Richardson County Court

FALLS CITY – Court appearance are scheduled in Richardson County on charges alleging meth, escape, burglary and terroristic threats.

David McPherson is charged with burglary on allegations that he entered a house where his child is staying and went to the child’s bedroom before he was noticed.

The 53-year-old Falls City man allegedly referenced a knife in a confrontation outside of the residence.

Zachary Bokelman, 26, is charged with terroristic threats at a Rulo residence. The Beatrice man is accused of making a throat slashing gesture with his hand after entering the house.

Nathan O’Grady, 36, is charged with struggling while being handcuffed at a Harlan Street apartment. Court records say O’Grady’s elbow struck the arresting officer before he fled the area on foot on Jan. 6.

An arrest warrant was issued on Jan. 11.

Joshua Carpenter, 32, of Falls City was charged with possession of methamphetamine following a Dec. 15 traffic stop.
