Bachman Enters Not Guilty Plea To Falls City Burglary

FALLS CITY – A 21-year-old Rulo man, who is suspected of stealing $16,000 worth items from a Falls City farm, including 17 firearms,  entered a not guilty plea in district court on Tuesday.

District Judge Julie Smith told Scott Bachman Jr. that he faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of burglary.

The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office issued a wanted poster describing Bachman in May.

Court records say a safe linked to the burglary was found in a pickup truck in Rulo.
