Community College Artwork on Display, at Beatrice Public Library

BEATRICE – Southeast Community College students and staff have art work on display this month, in the renovated Vette Cultural Center…the lower level of the Beatrice Public Library.

It’s National Library Appreciation Month, and the display is one of the activities going on at the library all during April.

SCC Art Instructor Nancy Hagler-Vujovic says the exhibit includes paintings, photography, pottery and sculpture.  She calls the lower level a fabulous space for displays, with mobile walls that can be configured for various exhibits.

Library hours are Monday through Thursday, ten a.m. until seven-thirty p.m., Fridays and Saturdays, ten until five-thirty….and Sundays, two until five.
