BEATRICE – Appearance bond has been set for an Omaha man arrested on a warrant yesterday, in Blue Springs.
The warrant charges 32-year-old Charles Burr with a felony terroristic threat and misdemeanor assault count. His bond was set at $25,000 in Gage County Court, Friday morning, with Judge Steve Timm appointing an attorney at public expense to represent Burr.
Burr has a second case pending against him, charging him with three misdemeanor counts of assault. The judge noted Burr had failed to appear for a May 23rd hearing in Gage County.
Burr’s next court appearance in the most recent charges, is scheduled for June 16th. As part of his bond, he is prohibited from contact with the alleged victim in the case.
