Falls City Driver Accused Of Terroristic Threats

FALLS CITY – Thomas Chapple of Falls City was bound over to district court Monday for arraignment on two counts of terroristic threats.

Court records say the 44-year-old man was arrested on Aug. 25, when police responded to a disturbance on Morton Street.

Police say Chappel became angry after his truck ran over over ramps that had been used to load on a trailer on his property. An arrest affidavit says Chapple threatened to harm people who were loading the trailer.
