Falls City Search Ends With Possession Arrest

FALLS CITY  — Richardson County officials conducted a warrant arrest at a Falls City residence on Friday night.

19-year-old Donald Richbourg is suspected of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

An arrest warrant was issued for Richbourg on Jan. 2 alleging possession on Dec. 20.

Police say methamphetamine was found in a wallet. Although the wallet does not belong to Richbourg, police told the court they believe he is responsible for the meth that was found inside.

On Friday morning, 35-year-old Justin Nissen was booked into the county jail for suspicion of assault of a peace officer, disobeying a lawful order, obstructing government operations and resisting arrest.

A 25-year-old Verdon man Saturday on a warrant for criminal mischief, domestic assault and violation of a protection order.

Also on Saturday, deputies arrested a 41-year-old Falls City resident on a warrant for fines and costs.
