AUBURN – Federal authorities have returned a methamphetamine suspect to Nemaha County.
William Dunkin entered not guilty pleas Monday to 10 counts including possession methamphetamine, heroine, morphine and opiods.
He was turned over to federal marshals after his 2017 arrest and the county dismissed local charges against him. With his return in June, te county has re-filed the charges.
Court records say Nemaha County deputies apprehended Dunkin after a foot pursuit in Auburn. Deputies say was found with a handgun and the illegal drugs.
