Felony Charges Filed When Knife Handled At Traffic Stop

FALLS CITY – An Oct. 22 preliminary hearing is scheduled for a Kansas man suspected of handling a knife during an Sept. 13 traffic stop.

A Richardson County sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to assist Kansas officers near the state line, where 39-year-old Markus Totten of Haysville had been apprehended.
