Judge Orders Evaluation After Setting Bond For Bock

NEBRASKA CITY – Judge Robert Wester set a $100,000 bond and ordered a pre-trial evaluation of 30-year-old Adam Bock of Dunbar, who is charged with sexual assault of a child in unspecified times around 2012 and again in 2016.

Public Defender Michael Ziskey requested a $10,000 bond saying Bock has lived in the area for five years and is not a risk to flee.

Ziskey: “These allegations are old. We don’t know why these allegations are coming up now. It has come as quite a shock to him.”

Prosecutors asked for a $100,000 bond.  The allegations involve a person born in 2007.
