Judge Orders Incarceration For Violating Sex Offender Registry

SIDNEY – Fremont County Attorney Brenna Bird has reported on district court action for the week of March 5, including incarceration for violation of the sex offender registry.

Judge Kathleen Kilnoski sentenced Susan Manning, 50, of Shenandoah to five years in prison for a subsequent offense of failure to comply with the sex offender registry.

Eight months in jail was also ordered for Nathan Mulhausen, 23, of Elliot, Iowa, for failure to comply with sex offender registry.

A jail sentence was also handed down for Shelby Ross, 25, of Shenandoah for a probation violation on a burglary conviction.

Dakota McDonald, 24, of Omaha was sentenced to two years probation for burglary.

Alfred V. Mutchler, 36, of Shenandoah and Robert S. White, 46, of Omaha received jail sentences on theft convictions.
