Kaster Faces Up To 50 Years For Drugs Near Playground

FALLS CITY – Richardson County Judge Curtis Maschmann told a Falls City man Monday he faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted of delivery of a controlled substance near a playground.

The judge noted eight counts filed against 57-year-old Kenneth Kaster Jr. after a search  warrant was served at his Harlan Street residence.

Investigators say authorities seized a black book containing names and what appears to be amounts owed, as well as $4,400 in cash

Kaster is scheduled for  a Dec. 11 arraignment in district court on charges including possession of methamphetamine.
