FALLS CITY – A man released in May from a Kansas state penitentiary has been charged in Richardson County with felony domestic assault on July 29.
An affidavit from a special deputy of Nebraska for SAC & Fox Nation of Missouri says Alvin Horselooking, 31, punched the mother of his two children and threw her to ground.
He is also suspected of punching a hole in a door, breaking a flat screen TV and the woman’s iPhone. The woman told investigators Horselooking had been staying at her residence for two days before the assault.
He had been convicted in 2015 in Brown County, Kansas, for aggravated assault. Kansas issued an arrest warrant on Aug. 1.
He is scheduled for pre-trial on Oct. 3.
