Plattsmouth Says 21 Properties Owe For Nuisance Abatement

PLATTSMOUTH – The Plattsmouth City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. today at city hall.

The agenda includes a Community Development Block grant loan for an 1886-era office building at 545 Main St. The building is owned by Reinsch, Slattery and Bear.

The council will consider special assessments ranging from $125 to $1,240  to pay bills for nuisance abatement on the following properties

  • 412 4th Ave.
  • 426 Avenue A
  • 516 S. 1st St.
  • 311 11th Ave.
  • 906 2nd Ave.
  • 504 N. 22nd St.
  • 1305 17th Ave.
  • 1904 Lincoln Ave.
  • 412 Fourth Ave.
  • 612 Chicago Ave.
  • 1904 Lincoln Ave.
  • 814 4th Ave.
  • 509 Third Ave.
  • NE corner of Third and Main
  • 342 First Ave.
  • 1117 9th Ave.
  • 616 Chicago Ave.
  • 311 11th Ave.
  • 426 Avenue A
  • 902 2nd Ave.

The northeast corner of Third and Main, which is under a trustee ownership, has the $1,240 bill. 814 Fourth Avenue has a bill of $945.

The city council will consider its one and six-year street plan.
