Sheriff Expects More Arrests In Narcotic Investigation

SIDNEY – A narcotics investigation in Fremont County resulted in an arrest early this morning.

Sheriff Kevin Aistrope reports that the county’s K9 unit stopped a vehicle near near 370th Avenue and Manti Road at Farragut.

As a result of the stop, deputies arrested 21-year-old Jared Comstock of Farragut and 20-year-old Alix Gorby of Shenandoah.

They are suspected of delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

They are held today on a $6,000 cash bond.

Sheriff Aistrope said he expects there to be additional arrests connected to this investigation. The sheriff’s office was assisted by Tabor police.
