Bednar received 263 days credit off his prison sentence for time spent in jail.  Three other charges and three infractions against Bednar were dismissed, as part of a plea agreement.

Last March, Gage County Sheriff’s and Beatrice Police officers serving a search warrant on Bednar’s North 18th Street home found several items in the residence and garage that were stolen in burglaries.  The property had been taken from Dempster Industries.
