Snow Covering Frozen Mist As Temps Drop 37 degrees

Light snow is covering frozen mist and fog around River Country, where a temperature drop of 35 degrees is reported over the past 17 hours.

Plattsmouth reports 14 degrees this morning and light snow. Snow began at 3 a.m.

Nebraska City reports light snow at 4:15 a.m. The temperature dropped from 53 at 3 p.m. Wednesday to 15 degrees at 8 a.m. today, a drop of 35 degrees.

Brenner Field at Falls City reports a 37-degree temperature drop from 53 on Wednesday afternoon to 18 degrees at 8 a.m. today.

The airport reports freezing rain at 4:53 a.m. and light snow at daybreak.
