BEATRICE – Arraignment is scheduled for a Beatrice man facing several charges in a burglary, last year.
27-year-old Charles Rothman waived his right to a preliminary hearing and has been bound over the Gage County District Court, for September 19th arraignment.
Rothman is charged with two counts of burglary, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possessing or receiving a stolen firearm.
He was arrested and charged for the burglary of a home and garage last October 13th, in the nine-hundred block of West Mary Street. Among the items taken was an AR-15 rifle, which police later recovered.
If convicted of all charges, Rothman could receive up to 110 years in prison.
