Two Injured In Highway 34 Collision

ALVO – Cass County Sheriff William Brueggemann reports non-life-threatening injuries in a Highway 34 accident on Jan. 3.

Eagle, Alvo and Elmwood rescue responded to the two-vehicle accident with deputies and Cass County EMA at the highway near Highway 63.

A 2012 Chevrolet Malibu driven by 59-year-old David Miller of Eagle was eastbound on Highway 34 and pulled to the shoulder of the highway. He was attempting to make a u-turn on the highway, when Miller’s vehicle was struck by an eastbound  Honda Accord, driven by Eric Loken, 50, of Hickman.

Both Miller and Loken were transported to Bryan LGH West in Lincoln for their injuries.
