NORFOLK – A few more Norfolk streets will be blocked off temporarily for microsurfacing.
City officials say workers will be surfacing Fourth Street from Park Avenue to Michigan Avenue, Fourth Street from Madison Avenue to Park Avenue and
Second Street from Madison Avenue to Michigan Avenue on Tuesday.
Then Wednesday, workers will focus on Third Street from Pasewalk Avenue to Omaha Avenue, Monroe Avenue from Fourth Street to First Street and Sixth Street from Madison Avenue to Pasewalk Avenue.
Residents in those areas are reminded to have their cars off those streets during the microsurfacing, or else they will be towed.
This is week three of the five week microsurfacing project, which will coat about 22 miles of Norfolk streets when done.
