Undercover Drug Operation Reveals Taffy With Concentrated THC

TECUMSEH – Court hearings are scheduled today for three area residents charged after an undercover drug operation in Johnson and Otoe counties.

Prosecutors have filed charges linked to a taffy with a high concentration of THC they say was packaged with the label of Colorado’s Best Dabs.

Wyatt Neemann, 19, of Elk Creek faces delivery charges at his arraignment today.

An arrest affidavit says Johnson County deputies gave a confidential informant $45 to buy the cannabis product. It says the informant drove to a parking lot at Cubbies in Syracuse, where Neemann was the passenger in a car driven by 19-year-old Noah Brown of DuBois.

The affidavit says Neemann went to Lincoln and officers later followed the informant to Neemann’s Elk Creek residence to retrieve the purchase.

Brown is charged with aiding and abetting a felony.

Sheila Neemann, 50, is also charged with possession.

The affidavit says when officers searched the home, they found the THC taffy inside of Sheila Neemann’s purse.
