Water Reaches Percival On Day 3 Of Fremont County Flooding

PERCIVAL – Phil Peters reports that flood waters have made their way to Percival.

A focal point of the 2011 flood after a breach of Levee 575, Percival had stayed dry for three days of the 2019 flood event.

Peters said water over-topped the levee at Plum Creek  and there was a partial breach in the federal levee on Sunday night.

Flood waters have filled roadside ditches today and crossed the road near the Percival Community Church.

Percival had earlier been evacuated.
