ST. JOESPH, MO – The Bishop LeBlond baseball team scored three runs in the final two innings to break a 2-2 tie to defeat Falls City, 5-2, Saturday in St. Joseph.
Jake Craig started the game on the mound for the Tigers, going 3 2/3 innings, allowing two runs on four hits and one strikeout. Noah Milam was charged with the loss. He went 2 2/3 innings, gave up three runs on four hits, with one strikeout.
Craig finished 2-3 at the plate with an RBI and a run scored.
Bishop LeBlond had eight hits in the game.
The Tigers drop to 4-7 this season and will host Atchison County, KS in a doubleheader on Monday.
