South Dakota State’s Mike Daum selected to compete in college 3-point contest

South Dakota State senior Mike Daum was selected to compete in the 3-point contest at the College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships on April 4 in Minneapolis.

Daum, a Kimball, Nebraska, native, averaged 25.3 points and 11.7 rebounds this season. A three-time Summit League player of the year, Daum finished his career as South Dakota State’s all-time leader in points, rebounds, field goals, 3-pointers and free throws. He is seventh in NCAA history with 3,067 career points.
