City Approves Tobacco License For Central Avenue Smoke Shop

NEBRASKA CITY – City commissioners approved a tobacco license for Central Avenue Smoke Shop.

City Attorney David Partsch said the business opened last September, but did not seek a city permit.

Owner Seth Kinnison said the store has a state license and he applied for a city permit when he learned it is needed.

The city charges a $10 occupation tax for the tobacco seller and a $15 fee.
