Nebraka City Library Operating At Temporary Location

NEBRASKA CITY – The Morton-James Public Library has moved to a temporary location.

During a construction phases of a heating and air conditioning renovation, library services have been moved to the basement of the American National Bank in Nebraska City.

Library Director Donna Kruse said 1,000 DVDs, new materials for adult and youth, as well as magazines and activity items for children, will be available at the bank.

The library has been active at its First Corso location since 1896 and is expected to return to its home of 122 years in June.
