Culver-Stockton takes doubleheader vs. Peru State
Mother Nature has forced many changes this season for all spring sports. One of those was on Friday as the Culver-Stockton (C-SC) Wildcat softball team won a pair of “home” games while being played on the Peru State Centennial Complex Field.
The games were originally scheduled to be played in Canton, Mo., but with other changes, it appeared the best solution was to have the Wildcats come to Peru State and play back-to-back double headers.
C-SC swept their home double header on Friday 11-10 and 9-7 having come from behind in both games to capture the wins.
