LINCOLN – The state Legislature confirmed the appointment of Col. John Bolduc as superintendent of law enforcement and public safety.
Gov. Pete Ricketts appointed Col. Bolduc to lead the Nebraska State Patrol and he took the oath of office on Oct. 16.
Bolduc said he shares a common goal with lawmakers, to keep Nebraskans safe.
He said he looks forward to opportunities to enhance the great work being done by troopers and civilian staff across Nebraska.
