A new winter weather advisory has been issued for southeast Nebraska and northwest Missouri from 6 p.m. tonight (Saturday) to 6 a.m. Sunday.
The National Weather Service says the advisory is for Otoe, Nemaha, Johnson, Gage, Pawnee and Richardson Counties in southeast Nebraska; Fremont and Page Counties in southwest Iowa; and Atchison, Nodawy, Holt and Andrew Counties in northwest Missouri.
Snow is expected to begin after 5 p.m., according to NWS meteorologists. Total snow accumulations of one to three inches expected.
